Manova Partners is excited to share the recent sale of 1600 North Park Drive in Broward County – a 226,392 SF distribution center in Weston situated in a prime location near Interstates 75, 595, and 869. The flexible cross-dock facility on a 12.9-acre site including efficient office space and 226 parking spaces has been managed by us since 2018 and has made a great contribution to one of our portfolios.
