Manova European Property Fund (MEPF) leases 63,000 square metres of logistics space to SEB in France

Paris, 24 January 2025. Manova Partners has secured SEB, one of the world's leading suppliers of small household appliances, as a tenant for the Manova European Property Fund. The company has signed a long-term lease for 63,000 square meters in the logistics property ‘XXL LOGISTERRA’. The complex, consisting of two buildings, has a total area of 101,000 square meters and is strategically located in the main logistics center of the Hauts-de-France region, offering direct access to the largest ports in France as well as to Lille and the main cities in north-western Europe. The logistics center was completed at the end of 2023 and has been certified with both BREEAM Excellent and BIODIVERCITY.

Dimitri Maillard, Country Head France of Manova Partners: ‘We are honored and delighted that a major player in the global economy such as SEB has decided to open one of its logistics sites in the Hauts-de-France region. This is a significant deal in the logistics property market. The strategic location of the logistics centre and its high sustainability standards convinced the company.’

The location offers SEB the best conditions for establishing a distribution centre at the site. High technical and ecological standards apply to the buildings.

Christian Göbel, Co-CEO of Manova Partners: ‘This success underlines once again why our strong local presence is so important. It has enabled us to finalise one of the largest leases in this submarket in the last 18 months. We are committed to continuing our momentum in the logistics property sector into 2025 with increasing investment activity and the launch of a new product.’

Manova Partners was advised by Arthur Loyd Logistique, in particular Vincent Blanchet, and by the law firm Archers, Avi Amsellem and Maeva Fauve.
